This weekly offering meets you how and where you, in the moment. This is a sacred space to be with what you are experiencing. Bring whatever is weighing you down (or lifting you up) and lighten your burden in intentional community. This one-hour on-line format includes meditation, movement, music, and poetry readings ensouled in diverse spiritual traditions. Come to gather yourself, find replenishment, enjoy community and connection. Dance, Be danced for, Allow and BE with whatever is unfolding for you.
