Great weekend of yummy connections. One of my highlights was doing a Men’s dance at the Saturday night performance jam with Phil and Steven Gary. And then there was Steven’s story about his raspberries, when he sang the Raspberry Blues song… you had to be there!

I agree! I was a real treat to spend time with Phil. I got several ideas of how I can begin to use InterPlay more at work and at home. Bringing more of my playful bodyspirit into those areas will create more ease in my life. Whee!

In the past, my perfectionist tendencies and my thinking that I have to know the end product or goal completely before doing something, have kept me from trying new things, but since I have been playing with InterPlay, the idea of incrementality has helped me be more adventuresome and worry less. All I need to know is the next little step, not the whole process. I can choose to be in the present and not be paralized by living in a future that does not yet exist.
